What is GYM 360?

GYM 360 is a comprehensive gymnastics camp designed to empower athletes by providing training from top coaches and gymnasts. The camp focuses on skill development, mental preparation, and offers guidance on college opportunities, injury prevention, and performance enhancement.

When and where is GYM 360 2025 taking place?

The 2025 GYM 360 camp is scheduled for July 12-13 at Victory Gymnastics, located at 2330 Teller Road, Newbury Park, CA 91320.

Who are the featured coaches and speakers?

Participants will have the opportunity to learn from esteemed professionals, including legendary UCLA Head Coach Miss Val (Valorie Kondos Field), Ian Gunther, Gracie Kramer, and other top coaches and gymnasts. Please check the website as our coaching staff is always evolving.

What are the pricing options?

• Athlete + Parent: $575

• Coach: $50

• Additional Parent: $50

These fees include all rotations on both Saturday and Sunday. 

Are there limited spots available?

Yes, spots are limited to ensure a quality experience for all participants. Early registration is recommended. 

What can athletes expect during the camp?

Athletes will engage in skill upgrades, technique refinement, mental game development, and confidence-building exercises. The camp also covers topics like college recruitment, injury prevention, alignment therapy, sports nutrition, quality performance, and more.

Is there a program for parents?

Yes, GYM 360 offers a unique experience for parents, providing valuable insights on how to support their athlete’s journey. Topics include injury prevention, judges perspective, college guidance and even a “secret” performance! Parents admission is included in the registration fee. They will also have the opportunity to dance with Miss Val!

What is the schedule for the camp?

On Saturday, training hours are from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a half-hour lunch break. On Sunday, training runs from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a special performance from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Athletes should bring their own lunch, snacks, and water bottles for both days.

What should participants bring to the camp?

Athletes should bring appropriate gymnastics attire, a lunch, snacks, a water bottle, and any personal items necessary for training.

Are accommodations provided?

Accommodations are not provided. Participants are responsible for arranging their own lodging. Victory Gymnastics is located in southern California, approximately 30 minutes from Malibu Beach and 45 minutes from Santa Barbara or Los Angeles, offering various accommodation options nearby.
